Refund and Cancellation Policy

�� It’s important for our clients to understand that we cannot provide a return assurance or guarantee on our calls, which means we can issue refunds on subscriptions on pro-rata basis regardless of client’s outcomes.

�� In the event of early termination of our services, we will refund the unused portion of your fee on a pro-rata basis, as per SEBI’s guidelines. No breakage fee or penalty will be levied for early termination. If a client is dissatisfied for any unforeseen reason, they are welcome to reach out to us for guidance and support. We will make every effort to enhance satisfaction in such instances. However, any request from a client to cancel a service or receive a refund will be done on pro-rata basis. Before making a payment, we strongly encourage our visitors and potential clients to:
 Review all information regarding our services and the support we provide to clients.

Understand that refunds are only possible on a pro-rata basis, and according to SEBI notifications/circulars/laws.

Standard Note on Fee Cap Compliance (as per SEBI Guidelines):
As per SEBI’s latest circular (April 2025), the maximum fee that can be charged to an individual client (including Hindu Undivided Families) is ₹1,51,000 per financial year per family, excluding statutory charges.
Accordingly, we hereby inform that:
If a client subscribes to all research analyst services offered by us, and the cumulative fee for such services exceeds ₹1,51,000 (exclusive of taxes) in any financial year, the total amount charged shall be capped at ₹1,51,000 only.
Despite the cap on fees, all subscribed services shall continue to be provided to the client without any reduction in scope or quality.
This policy ensures full compliance with SEBI’s regulatory framework and reflects our commitment to maintaining transparency, integrity, and fair client practices.

If you are approached with any proposal or invoice that exceeds this limit, please bring it to our attention immediately for an early disposal of the issue.
